It was coming up to two whole years since the toilets in our studio block had been in a state of overflowing, piss-crusted chaos. Yet no matter how hard we tried, the landlords refused to fix them. In the ultimate act of passive aggression, we organised a second birthday party for the disrepair of the toilets in an attempt to persuade the landlords to get them fixed.

1. The whole shabang was seen on CCTV, the landlords kicked off and, then the toilets got fixed.
2. Our relationship with the landlords broke down and we moved premises.
