citizenM hotel’s rooms are small so they can be packed with luxury. But their US, bigger-is-better audience weren’t getting it. So we plastered portraits of sleeping citizens to the windows of new citizenM hotels across America, to make it look like our guests were squished inside their rooms – and help explain what the hotel was all about. We also made some ads.
